مرحبا بكم في متجر مسباح، فيما يلي الشروط والأحكام التي تخص استخدامك ودخولك لصفحات متجر مسباح وكافة الصفحات والروابط والأدوات والخواص المتفرعة منه. إن استخدامك للمتجر هو موافقة منك على القبول ببنود وشروط هذه الاتفاقية والتي تشمل كافة التفاصيل أدناه وهو تأكيد لالتزامك بالاستجابة لمضمون هذه الاتفاقية الخاصة بـ متجر مسباح والمشار إليه فيما يلي باسم “نحن” و “المتجر”، فيما يتعلق باستخدامك للمتجر، والمشار إليه فيما يلي بـ ” الشروط والأحكام” وتعتبر هذه الاتفاقية سارية المفعول حال تسجيل حسابك.
بتسجيلك أو باستخدامك لخدمات المتجر ستكون ملزماً باتباع بنود الشروط والأحكام.
الحماية الأمنية للمتجر الإلكتروني
لا يجوز لك بتاتاً أن تنتهك أو تحاول انتهاك الحماية الأمنية للموقع الإلكتروني وذلك يتضمن وليس محصوراً بالآتي:
- الولوج إلى معلومات غير مخصصة لك أو الدخول إلى خادم الانترنت أو حسابٍ لست مخولاً باستخدامه بشكل رسمي.
- محاولة استكشاف أو فحص أو اختبار مدى قدرة النظام أو الشبكة أو محاولة اختراق النظام الأمني أو مستويات الحماية دون أن تكون مخولاً بذلك.
- محاولة التشويش أو التداخل على الخدمة المقدمة لأي مستخدم آخر، أو مضيف، أو شبكة أو مضيف وذلك يتضمن دون حصر نشر و إرسال الفيروسات الى الموقع الإلكتروني ، أو إثقال الموقع أو إرسال الرسائل المتسلسلة أو البريد الإلكتروني غير المرغوب فيه أو أي وسيلة أخرى قد تضر بسلامة الشبكة.
- إرسال الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها وذلك يتضمن العروض التجارية و/ أو الإعلانات للمنتجات أو الخدمات.
- المحاكاة بغرض التزوير لعنوان بروتوكول الانترنت أو عنوان البريد الإلكتروني أو أي جزء من عنوان الموقع الإلكتروني واستخدامها في أي بريد الكتروني أو مجموعة بريدية. إن الانتهاكات المضرة بالنظام أو أمن الشبكة سينتج عنها جزاءات مدنية وجنائية في أغلب الحالات.
إنك بهذا توافق على عدم استخدام موارد النظام من أجهزة، أو برامج، أو أي طريقة للتشويش، أو التداخل، أو محاولة التداخل مع سير عمل المتجر الإلكتروني أو أي نشاط أو خدمة يقدمها المتجر. سيقوم المتجر الإلكتروني بالتقصي عن النشاطات التي قد تنطوي على هذه الانتهاكات وسيقوم بالتعاون مع الجهات القضائية المختصة لمقاضاة وتطبيق العقوبة اللازمة على الأشخاص الضالعين في مثل هذه الانتهاكات.
تفاصيل المنتجات، المخزون والأسعار
في سعينا الدائم والحثيث لتقديم معلومات دقيقة وشاملة عن منتجاتنا (مثل توفر المنتج والأسعار ومواصفات المنتجات والصور التوضيحية والخصائص الفنية) وتقديم معلومات شاملة عن الخدمات، قد تصادفنا بعض الأخطاء المطبعية.
يتم مراعاة أقصى حدود الدقة في عرض ألوان المنتجات في المتجر الإلكتروني، ولكن ما تراه من ألوان ظاهرة في المتجر يعتمد بشكل أساسي على إعدادات شاشتك وهذا يقع خارج نطاق صلاحيتنا حيث لا يمكننا التأكد بشكل جازم من إعدادات الألوان المعتمدة في شاشتك.
إن نشر التفاصيل المتعلقة بالمنتجات أو الخدمات (يتضمن ولكن لا يقتصر على: نشرات التسويق والإعلانات والعروض التجارية وعروض المجلات والمنشورات الصغيرة) على المتجر الإلكتروني، لا يعتبر ضماناً على توفر المنتجات أو العروض أو الأسعار سواء من خلال التسوق الإلكتروني أو في المعرض بطريق مباشر، قد تحدث بعض الأخطاء خلال عملية توفير المنتج أو الخدمة وتوفير المعلومات التفصيلية عن الأسعار على المتجر الإلكتروني، حيث لا يمكن للمتجر الإلكتروني تزويدك بأسعار المنتجات بشكل منفرد أو معرفة التكلفة الإجمالية للمنتج أو الخدمة حتى تقوم بتسليم طلبك الإلكتروني كاملاً. في حال تم طلب وإصدار الفاتورة لمنتج أو خدمة وكان السعر غير صحيح أو كانت المعلومات غير صحيحة لورود خطأ في تسجيل السعر الصحيح أو معلومات المنتجات أو الخدمات فيحق للمتجر الإلكتروني في هذه الحالة إلغاء طلبك وإشعارك بهذا الإلغاء. في حال تم قبول طلبك وتمت متابعته الكترونياً، سيتم احتساب التكلفة الإجمالية وخصمها من حساب بطاقتك الائتمانية وسنقوم بإبلاغك عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني بأن عملية الدفع تجري بالشكل الصحيح.
مع كافة جهودنا بتوفير أقل الأسعار في المملكة العربية السعودية فإن بعض الاختلاف قد يحصل بين أسعار المعرض وأسعار المتجر الإلكتروني. إننا نسعى جاهدين لنقدم لكم أفضل الأسعار على المتجر الإلكتروني، إن توفر المنتجات وكذلك الأسعار هي عرضة للتغيير بدون إنذار مسبق.
الاتصالات الإلكترونية:
- أنت موافق على أن يتم التواصل معك عبر البريد الإلكتروني، أو من خلال بث إعلانات ترويجية على المتجر، وأنت موافق على أن جميع الاتفاقيات والإعلانات والبيانات والاتصالات الأخرى التي تزود بها الكترونياً تقوم مقام مثيلاتها المكتوبة، في تلبية الاحتياجات القانونية.
- سيقوم متجر دليل خلال فترة عضويتك بإرسال رسائل إلكترونية ترويجية لتعريفك بأي تغيرات أو إجراءات أو نشاطات دعائية جديدة قد تضاف إلى المتجر.
التعديل على الشروط والأحكام:
- أنت توافق على أن متجر مسباح يملك بمطلق صلاحيته ودون تحمله المسؤولية القانونية أن يجري تعديلات أساسية أو فرعية على هذه الاتفاقية دون أن يتطلب ذاك موافقة إضافية من طرفك، وذلك في أي وقت وبأثر فوري، بواسطة بث إعلان عن التعديل على المتجر.
- أنت تعلم أن متجر مسباح يعتبر متجر إلكترونيا تقنيا على شبكة الانترنت يتيح للمشترين المسجلين في المتجر شراء بضائع في المتجر.
- العضوية على الموقع مجانية.
- أنت تعلم وموافق على أن يقوم متجر مسباح بإعلامك عن أي تعديل على اتفاقية الشروط والأحكام، وبموجبه تتضاعف التزاماتك أو تتضاءل حقوقك وفقاً لأي تعديلات قد تجرى على اتفاقية الشروط والأحكام.
- للمتجر الحق بعمل تعديلات على رسوم عمليات الشحن والتوصيل بما يراه مناسبا وسيتم الإعلان عن أي تعديل من خلال مراسلتك على بريدك الإلكتروني أو على المتجر، وقد تكون التعديلات مؤقتة أو مستمرة سواء كانت على الرسوم أو تفاصيل خدمات الشحن وعليك الالتزام بها وفق بنودها حين يتم الإعلان عنها.
- كافة الرسوم تحتسب بالريال السعودي، عليك دفع كافة الرسوم المستحقة على عملياتك بالمتجر إلى متجر مسباح مضافاً إليها أي نفقات أخرى يضيفها متجر مسباح، على أن يتم السداد بواسطة الوسائل المعتمدة لذلك.
- في حال عدم التزامك بدفع الرسوم أو النفقات المحتسبة على عملياتك في الموقع وتجاوزت المدة يوم عمل، فأن متجر مسباح وبدون أدنى مسؤولية قانونية يحتفظ بحقه في إلغاء طلب الشراء الخاصة بك.

Welcome to Misbah Store. Below are the terms and conditions governing your use of and access to Misbah Store pages and all pages, links, tools and features branching out from it. Your use of the Store constitutes your agreement to accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, which includes all the details below, and confirms your commitment to comply with the contents of this agreement specific to Misbah Store, hereinafter referred to as “we” and “the Store”, in relation to your use of the Store, hereinafter referred to as “the Terms and Conditions”. This agreement is effective upon registration of your account.
By registering or using the store’s services, you will be bound by the terms and conditions.
Online store security protection
You may not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Website, including but not limited to:
- Accessing information not intended for you or logging into a web server or account that you are not officially authorized to use.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the capability of a system or network or attempting to breach security or protection levels without being authorized to do so.

Product details, stock and prices
In our constant and diligent endeavor to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products (such as product availability, prices, product specifications, illustrations, and technical specifications) and to provide comprehensive information about our services, we may encounter some typographical errors.
The maximum accuracy is taken into account in displaying the colors of the products in the online store, but the colors you see in the store depend primarily on your screen settings. - During your membership period, the Directory Store will send you promotional emails to inform you of any new changes, procedures, or promotional activities that may be added to the store.
Amendment to the Terms and Conditions:
- You agree that Misbah Store has the absolute right and without legal liability to make major or minor amendments to this agreement without requiring additional approval from you, at any time and with immediate effect, by broadcasting an announcement of the amendment on the store.
- You know that Misbah Store is a technically online store that allows registered shoppers to purchase goods in the store.
- Membership on the site is free.
- You acknowledge and agree that Misbah Store will notify you of any amendment to the Terms and Conditions Agreement, whereby your obligations will be doubled or your rights will be diminished in accordance with any amendments that may be made to the Terms and Conditions Agreement.
- The store has the right to make changes to the shipping and delivery fees as it deems appropriate. Any changes will be announced by emailing you or through the store. The changes may be temporary or permanent, whether they relate to fees or shipping service details. You must adhere to them in accordance with their terms when they are announced.
- All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals. You must pay all fees due for your in-store transactions to Misbah Store, in addition to any additional expenses added by Misbah Store. Payment must be made through the approved means.
- If you fail to pay the fees or expenses charged for your transactions on the site and the period exceeds one business day, Misbah Store reserves the right, without any legal liability, to cancel your purchase order.
