1. Return or exchange is possible in the following cases :

• Returns or exchanges are possible if the item is unused and in good condition within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Returns or exchanges are possible if the item received is not the same as the item ordered.
• Items can be returned or exchanged if they are unused, have all tags and purchase receipts attached, and are in their original condition.

2. Return Instructions and Notes

• To return an order, the customer can access the account panel, then the order list, and select the order they wish to return. The order will be processed by the store management. Customer service can also be contacted via WhatsApp/direct technical support to ensure the best customer service experience.
• The items received must be in good condition and not have been damaged by the buyer.
• If the product is used and it turns out to be defective, the return request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to the customer.
• For return requests made electronically, a 2.7% fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the amount will be returned within 10 business days.
• Shipping fees are deducted in both cases (free shipping or paid shipping fees) and any other fees other than the product price.
• Installment orders (Tabby) are returned according to their return policy.

3. Tabby returns are subject to refund fees as follows :

Tabby uses a payment gateway to process payments from the customer’s card. To return this amount to the customer’s card, 2% of the order value is deducted. Please note that this percentage is the percentage of the refund to the customer, and neither Masbah Store nor Tabby benefits from this amount.

4. In case of replacement:

The customer bears the cost of the shipment to return it to us and exchange it. The shipping cost is 30 UAE dirhams for shipping within the UAE and 100 UAE dirhams for shipping worldwide.
